He's rather rebellious, he hates being told what to do or following rules and often says no if people tell him he has to do something, mostly he says it very enthusiastically as well and then either wonders away or continues with what he was doing. Doing what he wants can frequently get him into trouble, like getting late for school, not making homework, or irritating people with his behavior. His curiosity is often peeked by things he isn't allowed to do, if someone tells him to not do something he will try to do it if he wants to. though, he isn't stupid and wouldn't really do anything if it can directly get him hurt. He stand up for what he thinks is right, not necessarily following and accepting the status quo, and likes people that do so too.  Further more he is an colorful and happy person most of the time, but when he's sad, grumpy or angry he won't hide it behind a fake smile.

History: 
He grew up with just his mom, he doesn't know his dad and actually doesn't care about it at all. He lived with his mom who was rather controlling by nature, she wasn't a bad mother though. But he was rather bothered that she often had boyfriends, some long relationships which caused them to move quite often. It never went well and they always broke up again after a maximum of 3 years. Tomio moved schools a few times because of this, but not as much as they moved houses, they stayed in the area a few times. When Tomio was 13 they moved to ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) City, and they stayed there even after his mother broke up with her boyfriend again. When he started puberty he act on his own more, not wanting to listen to his mom as much, the word 'no' was a very nice word. He started doing pretty much as he pleased, dressing and acting different from what his mom wanted. When he had to choose a High-school he chose one on the other side of the city so he could live on his own in an apartment. When he moved to an apartment his mom partly forced him to have a part time job, he put it off for a long time saying he was looking for one even though he wasn't. About 3 quarters into his first high-school year his interest was peeked by being a host, it seemed quite fun and then his mom would stop complaining. So, he did.. He liked it for the most part, sometimes he didn't but he was too lazy to look for a different job.
